My client is seeking a talented LED Lighting Technician to join their innovative team supporting high-profile motorsport events. Based in Norwich, this role combines technical expertise with the excitement of the racing industry.

In the newly created role of LED Lighting Technician, you'll be responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LED display walls used at prestigious racing events worldwide. You'll work from their main facility, ensuring their systems are event-ready, reliable, and performing at their peak.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Testing and preparing LED display panels, controllers, and power systems
  • Diagnosing and repairing faulty LED modules and signal processors
  • Calibrating LED walls for perfect colour accuracy and brightness
  • Configuring control systems including NovaStar, Brompton, and Colorlight
  • Maintaining spare parts inventory and quality control processes
  • Working closely with on-site event teams to provide remote technical support
The ideal candidate will have experience with LED display technology, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of power distribution and networking for LED walls. You'll need a methodical approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
