We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef and manager to join our client’s dynamic kitchen team.

As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, leading a team of cooks, and ensuring top-quality food production. If you have a passion for cooking, strong leadership abilities, and a drive to create outstanding dining experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide kitchen staff in daily food preparation
  • Design and develop creative menus that cater to customer tastes and dietary needs
  • Ensure all food complies with safety regulations and standards
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate supply orders
  • Work closely with management to create cost-efficient menu strategies
  • Train kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace at all times
  • Oversee the plating and presentation of dishes to ensure they meet quality expectations
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and flavor pairings
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with both the kitchen team and customers
  • A degree or certification in Culinary Arts is a plus
