In this pivotal role, you will:
- Champion technical excellence, ensuring all projects meet high standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.
- Engage in fee-earning work, especially in designing innovative schemes requiring high-level technical expertise.
- Collaborate closely with clients to define project briefs, budget costs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Produce detailed specifications and drawings, review tenders, manage site works from start to finish, and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Contribute to the team's success by meeting annual and monthly fee targets, under the guidance of the office partner.
- A degree/master’s in engineering, with a preference for Chartered Engineer status or candidates on the path to it.
- Membership with the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers and/or The Energy Institute, or equivalent, is preferable.
- Proficiency in MEPWorx and IES (Mechanical) design software, along with AutoCAD and Revit.
- A full driving license and access to a vehicle.
- A proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively within a team.
