Key Responsibilities:
Operational Staff Management:
- Lead recruitment, selection, and training processes, aiming for high staff retention.
- Develop and implement effective training programs tailored for operational staff.
- Engage staff through various communication methods, fostering a strong team environment.
- Conduct comprehensive probationary reviews.
- Conduct disciplinary investigations in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Play a key role in the senior management team, contributing to daily operational decisions.
- Innovate and expand training services, focusing on market growth and development.
- Oversee and manage workplace incidents, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with employment contracts, handbooks, and health and safety guidelines.
- Manage the distribution and maintenance of uniforms and equipment.
- Ensure visibility of risk assessments, reviewing regularly
- Uphold a positive company presence across social media platforms.
- Define and implement advanced Health & Safety, First Aid, and Fire Safety processes.
