As the HR Manager, you will take ownership of all aspects of the HR function, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, training, and compliance with employment law. Working closely with department heads, you will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring that the hotel's vision and values are at the heart of every process.
The HR Manager will also be responsible for succession planning, identifying training opportunities, and implementing initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace. With your expert knowledge of employment law, you will support managers in fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring best practices are followed.
