My client, a manufacturing SME based on the outskirts of St Albans, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead all aspects of HR and shape the future of the company's people strategy.
As the HR Manager, you will work closely with Directors and the Senior Management team to implement innovative HR processes and policies. Your role will include developing the HR strategy, managing employee relations, rolling out a performance management system, and overseeing recruitment. You'll also be responsible for updating company policies, providing guidance on UK employment law, and supporting talent development and succession planning. This is an opportunity to lead, influence, and innovate as the company’s first in-house HR Manager.
Benefits:
