Key Responsibilities:
- Front-Facing Leadership: As the Guest Services Manager, you will be at the forefront of the Hotel and Business establishment, ensuring that guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their stay.
- Customer Satisfaction: Take a proactive approach to guest satisfaction, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that each guest has a memorable and positive experience.
