Location: Catfield
Pay: £11.50 per hour + £2.25 shift allowance
Shifts: Rotational Monday – Friday (06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00)
Own transport required due to location
We are seeking experienced Glass Operatives to join a leading manufacturer of high-quality glass and glazing products for boats and yachts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing glass products to a high standard
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings to meet product specifications
- Handling and assembling glass pieces with care (mechanised lifting available for heavier pieces)
- Maintaining a strong focus on quality control, health & safety, and housekeeping
- Experience in glass processing or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet required quality standards
- Willingness to learn and work independently or as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a commitment to safety and efficiency
