My client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of overseeing front-of-house operations across various sites at the College. You will work closely with the Deputy Catering Manager and Executive Head Chef to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll also play a key role in training and developing the front-of-house team, ensuring they provide the best service possible.
