Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Food Hall team, focusing on customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
- Drive sales, profitability, and uphold the highest standards of food hygiene.
- Encourage a sense of ownership and empowerment within your team.
- Capitalise on sales and profit opportunities, while maintaining top-notch standards and presentation.
- Excel in product placement, visual elevation, and overall look and feel.
- Effectively develop and manage your team.
- Use Excel reports to optimise performance and manage stock from entry to exit.
- Source new local suppliers to diversify the product range.
- Ensure compliance with all HR, HSE, food safety, environmental, and fire guidelines.
