Our client, a fast growing business that provide support functions to insurance intermediaries across Europe are currently looking to increase their finance team with a number of additional key hires. One of the requirements is for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for providing a monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports across the Group, including all day-to-day financial operational management, including purchase ledger, receivables, and financial compliance (both technical and taxation).
The role will have direct oversight over a small finance team but will be expected to be hands-on in the development of processes and the production of reports.

Key Responsibilities:
·Financial Reporting & Control including managing the production of all Group Management and Statutory accounts.
·Insurance Finance - Ensuring that all insurance monies are held in accordance with relevant regulations.
·Treasury and Bank Management
·Tax Planning and Financial Compliance
·Audit - Collaborate with internal audit services to ensure proper compliance with all internal controls.
·General - support the Financial Controller in all matters relating to the smooth running of the business for all operating companies.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
·Qualified accountant with first-time passes.
·Strong written and spoken communication skills to enable communication at all levels.
·Strong analytical, research and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
·An understanding of the insurance intermediary market
·Experience of on-boarding new business units
·Knowledge of accounting for multi-currency transactions and ledgers across multiple entities/currencies
·Experience of dealing with tax, payroll, and audit third parties.
