Due to an increase in business my client are looking for a Demi CDP to join the kitchen team in their family run Wedding Venue. If you are looking to work for a family run fun business where all food is local (with 80% grown onsite) and cooked fresh every day, where you have great career progression opportunities, a great rota pattern with very few late evenings, then please apply.
The client is a stunning Cambridgeshire wedding venue catering to upto 6 weddings a week with bookings upto 2025. They are a family run business and look for chefs with passion and individuality. So if you are tired of being treated as a number, with limited options to train, develop & contribute to the business then apply for this position.
The successful applicant will get the opportunity to work across all sections in the kitchen gaining a varied and broad experience in all areas, including pastry so an understanding and experience in pastry is preferred but not essential. As CDP you will be covering breakfast, Wedding lunch, and prep for evening buffets.

As well as a great salary of up to £28K, my client also offers a 37 hour week, guaranteed paid overtime, a great pension, free parking on site, meals on duty and Live in.
