If so, our leading ecommerce business is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Team Leader to join their rapidly growing company.

Their ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service management.
This is a hybrid role, where you will spend a minimum of one day per week at their new Norwich outskirts office and showroom, and will work remotely for the rest of your week. You will work a 40-hour week, including four weekdays and one weekend shift.
As their Customer Service Team Leader, you will manage a small team of customer service agents, ensuring adherence to KPIs and maintaining their excellent service offering. You will have a hands-on approach, working alongside the team to handle escalated customer inquiries (email and phone). You will also be responsible for collating and tracking measures to help them improve as a business, and providing regular feedback and coaching to your team.
You will be an exceptional leader who can motivate employees and drive performance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You have a real passion for customer service and ensuring the needs of the customer are always the top priority.
You will have:
- An in-depth understanding and experience of managing a team
- Strong communication and networking skills, with a confident telephone manner
- Proven track record in coaching and continuously developing a team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
