Collaborating on project installations and occasionally providing help desk support.

Being proficient in Apple products and solutions, with the ability to support other technologies.
Supporting a wide range of vendor products, including macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and more.
Your role as an IT Support Engineer will take you to various customer sites, where you will be the face of the company. Our clients expect proactive thinking and problem-solving, and you will be responsible for managing and safeguarding their IT systems. You'll liaise with third parties on their behalf and ensure their critical data is backed up and protected.
