Seeking a dynamic Credit Liaison Executive to join the Credit Department - Collection Team in Diss. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the Sales teams in achieving business growth, all while safeguarding the debtors ledger.
Key Responsibilities: As a Credit Liaison Executive, you will:
- Proactively reach out to customers for payments while adhering to credit policies.
- Collaborate with the Collection Team Leader to address specific issues affecting the business.
- Manage customer accounts efficiently, resolving queries, and maintaining a high standard.
- Ensure timely resolution of invoice queries, coordinating with other departments and customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the ERP system.
- Contribute to the monthly Credit Note Provision and transaction processing.
- Process customer card payments securely over the phone.
- Consistently meet individual and team targets.
- Respond to Sales team inquiries and manage them through to completion.
- Prioritise and handle internal communications professionally, considering customer expectations and courier cut-off times.
- Release customer orders in line with credit policies and internal controls.
- Manage team and personal email inboxes in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
