Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef, Sous Chefs, and Senior Chef de Parties in preparing and presenting a range of high-quality dishes.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards, following HACCP, food safety, and health and safety guidelines.
- Help control food costs and reduce wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, equipment, and storage areas.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to meet the team’s high standards.
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and storage of food, ensuring it is done in line with all safety and labelling procedures.
- Step into a leadership role during the absence of a section chef and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Annual Salary: £29,000 per annum

- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP and COSHH.
- Passion for maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
- A flexible and collaborative approach to tasks, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
