Exciting Opportunity for Chef de Partie – Prestigious Catering Team
Are you a talented and passionate Chef ready to join a dynamic team? We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a prestigious catering team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, work in a supportive and creative environment, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef, Sous Chefs, and Senior Chef de Parties in preparing and presenting a range of high-quality dishes.
  • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards, following HACCP, food safety, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Help control food costs and reduce wastage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to meet the team’s high standards.
  • Oversee the preparation, cooking, and storage of food, ensuring it is done in line with all safety and labelling procedures.
  • Step into a leadership role during the absence of a section chef and provide guidance to junior team members.

Working Hours:
  • Average of 37.5 hours per week.
  • Kitchen staff work a rota system, which includes evenings and weekends. Occasional out-of-hours work may be required.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP and COSHH.
  • Passion for maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
  • A flexible and collaborative approach to tasks, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
