This stimulating and varied role will have you diving into a wide range of responsibilities. You'll be providing proactive and superior secretarial and administrative support, taking on general office responsibilities, and acting as a pivotal point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. Your tasks will span from managing the Senior Management Team calendar and meetings, report and presentation production, to team support.
The ideal candidate would be highly organised, efficient, and equipped with excellent written and spoken communication skills. In addition, proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. If you've had previous experience in administration including diary management, that would be the icing on the cake!
