Business Development Manager (Education)
Our client, a leading provider of elite education based in OX4, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Business Development Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships and growing sales from international schools and from their network of international recruitment agents.
The primary focus of this role, will be developing direct relationships with Schools to bring in groups or individuals to their campuses in the UK or US.
The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of £40-50k, hybrid working and further benefits.
The Role
·Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing agents and schools
·Build the network to bring group and individual bookings directly from Schools to ensure sales targets are met
·Plan and coordinate overseas visits to Schools and Agents
·Identify and book student recruitment fairs/webinars
·Ensure enquiries from agents and partners are replied to in a timely manner
·Ensure records are kept accurately and detailed
The Ideal Candidate
·Ideally experience within the education sector, alternatively experience in luxury marketing such as travel, hotel or retail would be desirable
·Excellent verbal and written communication
·Relationship management skills
·Excellent presentation skills
·Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
·Confidence with Excel and Online tools such as Zoom and Google Meet
