Within this role, you'll be central to gathering and analysing market intelligence, initiating key client interactions, and supporting pivotal marketing and communication efforts. Your responsibilities as their Business Development Coordinator will extend to managing the tender delivery process, ensuring meticulous coordination and submission, while keeping a keen eye on prospective client follow-ups.
As a Business Development Coordinator, your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Efficiently operating and extracting insights from the CRM System, while keeping a detailed tender tracker for both local and international prospects.
- Crafting engaging presentations for a variety of corporate needs and campaigns.
- Collaborating with Graphic Design and Marketing Consultants to produce innovative branding and design elements.
- Organizing and managing industry events such as conferences, exhibitions, and workshops, handling everything from logistics to participant engagement.
- Working in synergy with your team to align tender submissions with client expectations and strict deadlines.
