In this role, you will be an integral part of the site management team, supporting the Site Manager in implementing site plans and programmes. You will oversee material deliveries, monitor quality and compliance, liaise with external agencies, and ensure health and safety standards are met. Your responsibilities will also include customer liaison, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining site presentation.
A good understanding of NHBC regulations, building regulations, and health and safety practices will be advantageous. You will need to have a CSCS Black Card and hold an NVQ Level 6 or equivalent, as well as an SMSTS qualification.
