Wanted: Assistant General Manager for stunning Rosette restaurant, hotel, and wedding venue near Hitchin. Join our growing, award-winning independent business for a great salary, management bonus, tips, and enhanced benefits.
With over 100 weddings a year and a busy restaurant and hotel operation, you'll use your experience to ensure smooth operations across all three areas. As a passionate, energetic, and driven manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager, HODs, and C&E team to deliver excellent service.
You'll manage and coach your team to deliver exceptional levels of service, using your industry knowledge and SOP manuals. As a member of the senior management team, you'll have experience managing and training large teams in premium independent and luxury venues.
The ideal candidate will have a good food background and be willing to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. Previous hotel experience is preferred.
In return, we offer a great salary of £38,000, enhanced pension contributions, life assurance, and amazing tips paid for every hour worked (currently £5000-£6000 per year). This role comes with excellent career opportunities and industry award-winning training.
