We are currently recruiting Assembly Machine Operators on behalf of our client in Mildenhall, Suffolk.

This role involves operating and maintaining machinery, inspecting products, and ensuring high-quality production standards. Full training will be provided, with a structured on-boarding process.

Shift Pattern:
  • Sunday-Wednesday, Sunday-Tuesday 6:00-18:00
  • OR Thursday-Saturday, Wednesday-Saturday 6:00-18:00
  • Hours: 77 hours over 2 weeks, overtime available
Training Period:
  • Duration: Up to 6 weeks
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00
  • Pay Rate: £12.26 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain assembly machines
  • Inspect products, record data, and ensure quality standards
  • Pack components and label packaging
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Assist with machine adjustments and troubleshooting
