Administrator

The Role: As an Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role. Your responsibilities will include managing various support services, document preparation, meeting coordination, record keeping, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support services, including typing, photocopying, filing, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and coordinate documentation using Microsoft Office software, adhering to templates and client requirements.

  • Schedule and organise meetings, take minutes, and ensure action items are completed.

  • Manage Outlook calendars, support central functions, and maintain accurate records.

  • Assist with incoming calls, mail, and reception functions.

  • Update the CRM and compile contact lists for marketing campaigns.

  • Support client relationships through campaigns, networking, and meetings/events.

  • Contribute to content creation for various platforms, promoting our values and objectives.

  • Actively participate in team activities, training, and problem-solving.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and accreditations.

  • Operate the BIM360 platform as a document controller.

  • Become proficient in the Practice Management software 'Manager.'

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • GCSE or equivalent in Math's and English at Grade C or above (preferred).

  • Knowledge of Construction Industry terminology (preferred).

  • Administration experience (preferred).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel, and Project.

  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills.
