The role will include (but not be limited to);
- Dealing with Activations – investigating failed activations
- Sim card management
- Supplier invoice validation / investigation
- Managing the internal portal with all relevant data
Experience from within airtime providers, mobile communications, billings, activations, etc would be advantageous but if you have a strong Admin background and this role sounds like something you could do, then please APPLY NOW or contact Helen for more information.
