Eileen is one of the most experienced recruiters at Select, with 35 years' worth of knowledge and expertise to back her up. She is an unparalleled recruiter in the field of Human Resources and she has assisted businesses across Northamptonshire and the surrounding region develop their HR & Office Support teams. Her invaluable experience means she is able to read trends and offer strategic recruitment to her clients when they need it. 

A few things that may surprise you about Eileen – she used to play the Trombone, managing to leave it numerous times on the school bus! She played Netball regularly until her mid 30’s and was a qualified umpire. Eileen then turned her attentions to football, passed her Level 1 Coaching and ran a girls team from U8 – 16 years old. As if that wasn't enough, she then moved onto Women's football both involving her daughter; was a qualified referee up until 2 years ago and was Chair of the local Women's and Girl's Football league for over 16 years.
