Job Title: Assembly Operative
Location: Norwich
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 12:30pm
- Overtime available during the week and weekends

As an Assembly Operative, you will:
- Assemble, test, and pack high-quality instruments
- Follow instructions and processes to ensure quality and safety
- Work as part of a team in various manufacturing cells
- Take part in training, improvements, and team meetings

- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures accurately
- Comfortable using computers for basic tasks
- Team player with a proactive attitude
